Hemihypoplasia-multiple lipomatosis syndrome associated with hydrocephalus: Hemihyperplasia-multiple lipomatosis syndrome (HMLS) is characterized by subcutaneous lipomatosis and an asymmetric overgrowth (hemihyperplasia). We report an extremely rare case of HMLS associated with hydrocephalus, emphasizing the clinical features and differential diagnosis.
