Broca afazisinde ve sekonder apraksinin eşlik ettiği Broca afazisinde sözdizimsel çalkalamanın işlemlenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, bugüne kadar afazi çalışmalarında ayırıcı tanısında çok fazla değinilmeyen bir olgu olan konuşma apraksisi ile pure Broca Afazisi arasında sözdizimsel işlemlemede oluşan farklılıkları araştırmaktır. Ek olarak her iki hastalık grubunun sağlıklı kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırması yapılacaktır Çalışmaya 18 yaş üstü 300 hasta ve 150 sağlıklı yetişkin dahil edilmiştir. Çalışmada yer alan hastalara Boston Afazi Bataryası ve apraksi tanısını kesinleştirmek için Non verbal Gesture Bataryası uygulanmıştır. 29 adet ilgi tümceciğinden oluşan resimler gösterilmiş ve uygulayıcı tarafından sorulan resmi göstermesi istenmiştir. Uygulayıcı yanıtları doğru veya yanlış olarak işaretlemiştir. Çalışmamızın bulgularına göre kontrol grubu v her iki hastalık grubu arasındaki sözdizimsel işlemlemenin algılaması istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır, (p<0, 05). Her iki hastalık grubu içinde de pure Broca afazisi Sekonder konuşma apraksisinin eşlik ettiği Broca afazisine göre daha başarılı yanıtlar vermiştir ve bu fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır, (p<0, 05). Çalışmamızın sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre sekonder apraksinin eşlik ettiği Broca afazisinde sözdizimsel çözümleme oldukça güçtür. Broca afazikleri ile karşılaştırıldığında, sekonder apraksi sözdizimsel çözümlemeyi güçleştiren bir yan patoloji olarak görülmektedir. Anahtar Sözcükler: afazi; sözdizim; sekonder apraksi
Aim of this study is to investigate differances of syntactic processing in Broca's aphasia and Broca's aphasia with secondary apraxia which has been ignored as a differantial diagnostic. Additionally, two disorders will be compared to health control group. 300 patients and 150 healthy individuals over 18 were included in the study. Boston Aphasia Battery and Non verbal Gesture Bataryası to define apraxia diagnosis were applied to patients. Pictures formed with 29 relative clause were represented and patients were asked to show the picture that tester asked. Tester signed replies as correct or incorrect. According to the findings of our study, the diffreance between control group and two disorders group for the comprehension of syntactic processing is statistically significant (p<0, 05). In both disorder group, pure Broca Aphasia participants were more successful compared to the Broca Aphasia with secondary apraxia and the diffreance between two disorders group is statistically significant (p<0, 05). Due to the results of our study, synatactic processing is highly difficult for patients with Broca Aphasia with secondary apraxia. When it is compared to Broca's Aphasia, secondary apraxia might be seen as a side pathology that effect syntactic processing. Key Words: aphasia; syntax; secondary apraxia
