Özet
Bu çalışmada Malatya yöresinde farklı rakımlarda, sırasıyla (750 m, 1059 m, 1293 m) yetiştirilen Ferragnes ve Ferraduel çeşitlerinin fenolojik, pomolojik ve bazı kimyasal özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Çalışmamızda rakım artışının kabuklu badem ağırlığı, iç randımanı, kabuklu boy ile doğru orantılı olduğu, kabuk kalınlığı, İç badem eni, İç badem kalınlığı ile ters orantılı olduğu ayrıca ağaç başı verimde rakımın etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Kabuklu badem boyu en yüksek Doğanşehir (37.43 mm), sonra Akçadağ (31.92 mm) ve en düşük Battalgazi (31.69 mm) ilçesinde olduğu belirlenmiştir. İç randıman en yüksek Doğanşehir (34.61g), sonra Akçadağ (32.39 g) ve en düşük Battalgazi (29.00 g) ilçesinde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kabuklu badem ağırlığı en yüksek Doğanşehir (4.32 g), sonra Akçadağ (3.63g) ve en düşük Battalgazi (3.61 g) ilçesinde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kabuklu badem kalınlığı en düşük Doğanşehir (14.05 mm), sonra Akçadağ (14.82 mm) ve en yüksek Battalgazi (15.78 mm) ilçesinde olduğu belirlenmiştir. İç badem eni en düşük Doğanşehir (13.30 mm), sonra Akçadağ (13.43 mm) ve en yüksek Battalgazi (14.30 mm) ilçesinde olduğu belirlenmiştir. İç badem kalınlığı en düşük Doğanşehir (6.87 mm), sonra Akçadağ (7.63 mm) ve en yüksek Battalgazi (8.09 mm) ilçesinde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ağaç başına verim değeri en yüksek Doğanşehir ilçesi için 14.47 kg/ağaç; en düşük Akçadağ ilçesinde 10.85 kg/ağaç olarak elde edilirken; Battalgazi ilçesinde ise 11.09 kg/ağaç olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan kimyasal analiz sonucunda, meyvelerdeki protein oranının en yüksek Akçadağ lokasyonundaki Ferragnes (%24.15) çeşidinde, en düşük ise Battalgazi lokasyonundaki Ferraduel (%19.76) çeşidinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Toplam yağ içeriği %49.56 (Battalgazi) ile %54.42 (Akçadağ) arasında değişmiştir. Meyvelerdeki toplam yağ oranının; en yüksek Akçadağ ilçesinde Ferragnes (%54.42) çeşidinde, en düşük ise Battalgazi ilçesinde Ferraduel (%49.56) çeşidinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, phenological, pomological, and some chemical properties of Ferragnes and Ferraduel cultivars grown in Malatya area, at different altitudes (750 m, 1059 m, and 1293 m) respectively, were determined. It was observed that the rise in altitude was in direct proportion to almond weight, kernel yield, almond size, almond thickness, kernel width, but in inverse proportion to kernel thickness, and no effect of altitude on tree yield. The highest almond height values were found in Doğanşehir (37.43 mm), followed by Akçadağ (31.92 mm) and the lowest in Battalgazi (31.69 mm). The highest kernel yield was found in Doğanşehir (34.61g), followed by Akçadağ (32.39g), and the lowest was in Battalgazi (29.00 g). The highest almond weight was found in Doğanşehir (4.32 g), followed by Akçadağ (3,63g) and the lowest value was found in Battalgazi (3.61 g).
