Arapgir mor reyhanında lokasyon ve hasat dönemi etkileşiminin verim ve bazi kalite özellikleri üzerine etkileri

Özet
Tıbbi ve aromatik bitki türlerinden olan ve Malatya'nın Arapgir ilçesinde yaygın olarak yetişririciliği yapılan mor reyhan bitkisi, morfolojik ve fizyolojik olarak diğer türlerine göre farklılık gösterdiği bildirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada 2019 yılı vejetasyon döneminde üç farklı lokasyonda; Malatya ili Arapgir İlçesinde iki farklı rakım (Kozluk mevki; 914m, Boğazlı mevki; 1470m) ve Malatya ili Battalgazi ilçesi Malatya Turgut Özal Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi arazisinde (Battalgazi; 750m) Coğrafi İşaret almış olan Arapgir Mor Reyhanı'nın verim ve bazı bitkisel özellikleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmada bitki boyu, yaprak alanı, yaprak oranı, yaprak boyu, yaprak eni, taze herba verimi, kuru herba verimi, kuru yaprak oranı, yaprak rengi (L, a, b, Chroma, hue), antosiyanin miktarı, toplam antioksidan kapasitesi, toplam fenolik miktarı ve uçucu yağ oranı incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre lokasyonlar arasında en yüksek bitki boyu (55,8 cm), yaprak alanı (7,8 cm2/ ana yaprak), yaprak boyu (7,8 cm), yaprak eni (4,7 cm), taze herba verimi (2707,2 kg/da) ve kuru herba verimi (370,7 kg/da) kozluk lokasyonundan elde edilmiştir. Derim zamanlarına göre en yüksek bitki boyu (58,6 cm), yaprak alanı (8,1 cm2/ana yaprak), yaprak boyu (8,1 cm), yaprak eni (4,9 cm), taze herba verimi (3461 kg/da), kuru herba verimi (469,4 kg/da), toplam fenolik miktarı (4479,6), uçucu yağ oranı (0,7 %) üçüncü derim zamanında elde edilmiştir. Lokasyon ve hasat zamanları birlikte değerlendirildiğinde bitkisel özelllikler bakımından Kozluk ve 3. Hasat döneminin ön plana çıktığı görülmektedir. Kalite özelliklerinden antosiyanin içeriği, antioksidan kapasitesi ve toplam fenol içeriği bakımından lokasyonlar arasında ve hasat zamanları bakımından istatistiksel olarak belirgin bir farklılık saptanmamıştır. It is reported that purple basil plant, which is one of the medicinal and aromatic plant species and widely cultivated in the Arapgir district of Malatya, differs morphologically and physiologically from other species. In this study, in the vegetation period of 2019, in three different locations; Yield and some plant characteristics of Arapgir Purple Basil, which received Geographical location at two different altitudes (Kozluk location; 914m, Boğazlı location; 1470m) in Malatya city Arapgir District and Malatya Turgut Özal University Faculty of Agriculture area (Battalgazi; 750m) in Battalgazi district of Malatya city. In the study, plant height, leaf area, leaf ratio, leaf length, leaf width, fresh herb yield, dry herb yield, dry leaf ratio, leaf color (L, a, b, Chroma, hue), anthocyanin amount, total antioxidant capacity, total phenolic content and essential oil content were investigated. According to the findings, among the locations the highest plant height (55.8 cm), leaf area (7.8 cm2/main leaf), leaf length (7.8 cm), leaf width (4.7 cm), fresh herb yield (2707.2 kg/da), dry herb yield (370.7 kg/da) were obtained from Kozluk location. According to harvest time, the highest plant height (58.6 cm), leaf area (8.1 cm2/main leaf), leaf length (8.1 cm), leaf width (4.9 cm), fresh herb yield (3461 kg), dry herb yield (469.4 kg/da), total phenolic amount (4479.6), essential oil rate (0.7 %) were obtained at the third harvest time. When the location and harvest times are evaluated together, it is seen that Kozluk and 3rd harvest periods come to the fore in terms of plant characteristics. There was no statistically significant difference in terms of anthocyanin content, antioxidant capacity and total phenol content among quality characteristics between locations and harvest times.
