dc.description.abstractTürkiye son 30 yılın yoğun bir şekilde terörle mücadeleyle geçirirken çok ağır bedeller ödemek zorunda kalmış, çok ağır kayıplar vermiştir. Doğu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgelerinde yıllarca eğitim ve istihdam konularında ihmal edilen gençler adeta terör örgütünün eline terk edilmiştir. Bölgede yaşanan yapısal sorunlar gençler üzerinde ki örgüt etkisini arttırmış olup gençlerin örgüte katılımlarını hızlandırmıştır. Son yıllarda bu konuda bölgede faaliyet yürüten dershane ve okuma salonları sorunun çözümü adına çok önemli bir yol kat etmiş ve dağa çıkışın önünü kapamıştır. Bu gelişmeler, dershane ve okuma salonlarını doğal olarak PKK'nın hedefi haline getirmiş ve buralara yönelik saldırılar düzenlenmiştir. Tezin amacı, terör örgütü PKK özelinde çocukların ve gençlerin örgüte katılma durumları ile bunun nedenleri ve çözüm yollarını literatür çalışması ve mülakat yöntemiyle yapılacak alan çalışması ile göz önüne serilerek çözümüne destek olmaktır. Uzun yıllar bölgede görev yapan ve yaşayan katılımcıların konuyla ilgili görüşlerinin alınması problemin anlaşılması adına son derece önemlidir. Bu tez çalışmasında mülakat yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Hazırlanan mülakat soruları; uzun yıllar Doğu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgelerinde yaşamış, görev yapmış Emniyet Mensubu, Öğretmen, Subay, Din Adamı, Bölge Vatandaşına yönlendirilmiş ve verilen cevaplar analiz edilerek ortaya konulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, terör gençlerin önünde ki en büyük tehdittir. Özellikle Doğu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu'da PKK Terör Örgütü'nün gençler üzerinde örgüte katılım konusunda baskı kurduğu bilinmektedir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre; başta iyi bir eğitim olmak üzere, istihdam, güvenlik vb. alanlarda yaşanacak gelişmelerin gençlerin PKK'nın eline düşme oranını büyük ölçüde değiştirecektir.
dc.description.abstractTurkey had to pay a very big price while struggling with terror in the last 30 years. The youth in eastern and south-eastern regions of Turkey almost left in PKK's hands because of the neglecting insufficient education and employment conditions. In the recent years, prep courses and reading halls helped to the solution of the problem and got over participation into PKK substantially. These developments made the prep courses and reading halls target of PKK and many attacks organised to these institutions by PKK. The aim of the thesis is to support by providing information which is collected with interviews and literature search method about participation situation of the children and youth into PKK, reasons and solutions. It is very important to get ides of people who lived and worked in the area to understand the problem better. In this thesis study, interview method has been used. The questions of the interview has been prepared as asking and analysing replies of people such as teachers, religious functionaries, judges, military officers who has lived and worked in Eastern and south-eastern parts of Turkey for a long time. As a result, youth is the most important wealth of a society and they are needed to be directed well. Terror is the biggest danger for youth. It is known that PKK force youth who lives in eastern and south-eastern parts of Turkey to participate into PKK. According to data gathered through search; the developments on education opportunities, employment and security etc. will decrease effects of PKK on youth.
