Özet
Bu tezin amacı İngiltere ve İspanya gibi terörle mücadele alanında önemli tecrübeleri olan iki ülkeyi karşılaştırmalı olarak incelemek ve izlenen stratejiler üzerinden terörle mücadele analizi geliştirebilmektir. Bu bağlamda tezin genelinde örnek olay incelemesi ve süreç analizi metotlarından yararlanılmıştır. İngiltere ve İspanya'nın hem münferit hem de benzer tecrübeleri ayrı bölümlerde ele alınmış ve son bölümde kıyaslanmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: IRA, ETA, İngiltere, İspanya, Çatışma Çözümleme.
The main aim of this thesis is to examine two countries, England and Spain, which have significant experiences on the field of countering terrorism and to develop an analysis level towards different strategies. In this regard, in the general framework of the thesis, case study approach and process analysis methods are utilized. Therefore, in the thesis, the cases of England and Spain are handled in separate chapters and they are compared at the latest section. Key Words: IRA, ETA, England, Spain, Conflict Resolution.
