| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmanın amacı ani işitme kaybı olan hastalarda beck depresyon ölçeğine göre depresyonun araştırılmasıdır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre ani işitme kaybı yaşayan hastaların depresif öğe yükü hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak ve bu sonuçlara göre rehabilitasyon programı hazırlamak ise çalışmamızın sekonder amacını oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemini ani işitme kaybı yaşayan 30 hasta, normal işiten 30 gönüllü, toplam 60 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma pediatrik popülasyon üzerinden yürütülmemiştir. Örneklemde yer alan kişileri seçimde gönüllülük esası gözetilmiştir. Her 60 kişiye ayrı ayrı anket uygulanmış, .kontrol ve çalışma grupları arasında beck depresyon ölçekleri bakımından anlamlı fark olup olmadığı test edilmiştir. Otuz hastanın 18'i erkek (% 60), 12'si kadın (% 40) olup, kontrol grubundaki 30 bireyin sekizi kadın (% 26,7), 22'si ise erkektir (% 73,3). Yaş dağılımında ise hem çalışma grubunda hem de kontrol grubunda en fazla birey 20 - 30 yaş aralığı içinde bulunmaktadır. Çalışma grubunda 13 bireyin sağ, 16 bireyin sol, bir bireyin ise bilateral kulakta sensorinöral işitme kaybı vardı. Beck depresyon ölçeği değişkenlerinin gruplar arasındaki fark olup olmadığına dair yapılan testlerde çalışma grubundaki bireylerin kontrol grubundaki bireylere göre kendilerini daha üzüntülü hissettikleri (p < 0,05), daha kolay sinirlendikleri (p < 0,05) ve iş yaparken güçlük çektikleri (p < 0,05) görülmüştür. Bunun yanında bireylerin kilo vermesinde, kendi sağlık durumları ile ilgili kaygı duymalarında, gelecek hakkındaki karamsar düşüncelerinde ve kendini başarısız hissetmelerinde kontrol grubu ile çalışma grubu arasında anlamlı fark olmadığı (p > 0,05) görülmüştür. | dc.description.abstract | The target of the study is investigating the depression of patients with sudden hearing loss, according to beck depression scale. The seconder target of the study is collecting informations about incidents of the depressive items and preparing a rehabilitation program according to the results. The samples of the study are comprised of 60 patients which contain 30 patients with sudden hearing loss, 30 voluntary patients who hear normally The voluntariness essence was overseed while choosing the samples. The survey was implemented for each 60 people. Approximate values of the rate of depression and anxiety of the patients were tried to evaluate according to beck depression scale.It was also tested whether there are significant differences between the control group and study group according to beck depression. The results of the tests which were performed to find the differences between the groups according to beck depression scale parameters showed that the people who were in study group felt more saddness (p< 0,05), easily tempered (p< 0,05) and have difficulty in working (p<0,05).
