dc.description.abstractAmlodipin ve Valsartan'ın Hipertansif Hastalarda Perilipin, İrisin ve Adropin Seviyelerine Etkisi.Halk sağlığı sorunlarından biri olan hipertansiyon, pek çok hastalık için önemli bir risk faktörüdür. Hipertansiyon oluşumunun en önemli sebeplerinden biri obezitedir. Perilipin, irisin ve adropin obezite ile ilişkili proteinlerdir. Bu çalışmaya hipertansiyon tanısı konmuş olan 47 hasta, 32 kontrol grubu olmak üzere 79 olgu dahil edildi. Hastaların hipertansiyon teşhisi ABD Birleşik Ulusal Kurul Kılavuzu (Joint National Commitee VIII) kriterlerine göre konmuştur. Sistemik hastalığı olanlar ve ilaç kullananlar çalışmaya alınmadı. Tedaviye başlamadan önce ve 3 aylık tedavi sonrası kanları alınan hastaların perilipin, irisin ve adropin düzeylerinin değişimleri incelendi. Perilipin, irisin ve adropin tayini için her birinin kendi ELISA kitinde okuma yapıldı. Perilipin'in serumda yapılan ölçümlerinde kontrol grubuna göre hastalarda istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir düşüş olduğu, 3 aylık tedavi sonrası artış olduğunu gözlemledik. Bu çalışmada serum irisin düzeylerinde kontrol grubu ile hasta grubu karşılaştırıldığında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir sonuç bulunamamıştır. Serum adropin düzeylerinde yapılan ölçümlerde ise kontrol grubuna göre hasta grubunda istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir artış olduğunu gözlemledik. Antihipertansif ilaç olan amlodipin veya valsartan kullanımının perilipin, irisin ve adropin seviyeleri açısından istatistiksel olarak farklı olmadığı bulunmuştur. dc.description.abstractThe Effect of Amlodipine and Valsartan on the level of Perilipin, Irisin and Adropin to Hypertensive Patients Hypertension which is one of the problems of public health is an important risk factor for many diseases. One of the most important reasons for formation of hypertension is obesity. Perilipin, irisin and adropin are proteins related with obesity. Into this study 47 patients diagnosed hypertension, 32 control group members and so totally 79 cases inclued. The hypertension has been diagnosed according to the criterias of Joint National Commitee VIII. The ones who have systemic diseases and who use drug are not included into the study. The patients' blood taken before starting the study and after three months treatment has been analyzed and the chances of the levels of perilipin, irisin and adropin have been studied. To set perilipin, irisin and adropin each has been studied on its ELISA kit. During Perilipin's measurements in serum when compared with the control groups meaningful decrease has been observed and after three months treatment we observed increase. At this study no meaningful statistic result has been found of the level of serum irisin when control group and patient group compared. At the measurement of serum adropin a meaningful increase has been observed at the patients' group when compared with control group. It is found that the usage of antihypertansive drug amlodipine or valsartan has no sitatistical difference on the levels of perilipin, irisin and adropin.
