Özet
Bu çalışmada ülkemiz bağcılığının dünya bağcılığı içerisindeki yeri ve mevcut durumu ele alınmış, Elazığ ilinde bağcılığın mevcut durumu, merkez ve ilçelerde bağcılığın potansiyeli yetiştirilen üzüm çeşitleri, ürünün değerlendirme şekilleri, pazarlama yöntemleri, bağ alanı varlığı, verim ve potansiyeli irdelenmiş ve çalışma sonunda elde edilen veriler ışığında ilde modern bağcılığın yaygınlaştırılmasına, gen kaynaklarının korunmasına, pazarlama kanallarının geliştirilmesine ve ürünün ekonomik anlamda değerlendirilmesine yönelik alınabilecek önlemler ve önerilerin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır
In this study, the place and current situation of our country's viticulture in world viticulture is discussed. The current situation of viticulture in Elazığ province, the potential of viticulture in the districts, grape varieties grown, ways of evaluating the product, marketing methods, presence of vineyard area, yield and potential were examined. According to the data obtained at the end of the study, it was aimed to determine the measures and suggestions that can be taken to popularize modern viticulture in Elazığ province.
