İşletmelerin Endüstri 4.0 Teknolojileri Kullanım Düzeyinin Belirlenmesine Yönelik Bir Ölçek Geliştirme Çalışması

Özet
2011 yılında Endüstri 4.0 vizyonunun ortaya atılması ile birlikte, bu vizyon tüm ülkelerin hedefleri arasına girmiştir. Bunun nedeni endüstri 4.0’ın beraberinde getirdiği yüksek verimlilik, kalite, hız ve esnekliktir. Kavram olarak bakıldığında, endüstri 4.0, sanayi ve üretim alanında dijital teknolojilerin kullanılmasıdır. Dijital teknolojilerin üretime entegre edilmesi, işletmelerin üretim süreçleri, araç-gereçleri ve çalışan niteliklerinin dönüşmesini gerektirmektedir. Bunun sonucu olarak akıllı işletmeler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Günümüzde akıllı işletme ve bu işletmelere dönüşüm her ülkenin ve her işletmenin nihai hedefi olmuştur. Uluslararası rekabet bunu gerektirmiştir. Ülkemizde endüstri 4.0 konusunda farkındalık düzeyi oldukça yükselmiştir ve akademik alanda çalışmaların sayısı çoğalmıştır. Bu bağlamda endüstri 4.0’a hazırlık, başlangıç, geçiş gibi olgunluk düzeyleri işletmeler için belirleyici olmuştur. İşletmelerin endüstri 4.0 olgunluk düzeyinin belirlenmesi, işletmelerin hedeflerini belirlerken ve planlar yaparken kritik bir önem arz etmiştir. Bu nedenle, bu çalışma işletmelerin endüstri 4.0 konusunda olgunluk düzeyinin belirlenmesi için bir ölçek geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Hem uygulamada hem de akademik alanda, araştırmacılara ölçeğin fayda sağlaması ve uygulamalar için literatürdeki boşluğu doldurması beklenmektedir.
With the introduction of the Industry 4.0 vision in 2011, this vision has become one of the goals of all countries. The reason for this is the high efficiency, quality, speed, and flexibility brought by industry 4.0. When considered as a concept, industry 4.0 is the use of digital technologies in industry and production. The integration of digital technologies into production requires the transformation of the enterprises' production processes, tools, and employee qualifications. As a result, smart businesses emerge. Nowadays, smart business and transformation into these businesses have been the ultimate goal of every country and every business. International competition has required this. In our country, the level of awareness on industry 4.0 has increased considerably and the number of studies in the academic field has increased. In this context, preparation levels such as industry 4.0 preparation, start-up, transition have been decisive for businesses. Determining the use level of industry 4.0 technologies of enterprises has been of critical importance when determining the targets of the enterprises and making plans. Therefore, this study aims to develop a scale to determine the industry 4.0 technology levels of enterprises. It is expected that the scale will benefit researchers both in practice and in the academic field and fill the gap in the literature for applications
