dc.description.abstractKanun, yönetmelik, yönerge gibi metinlerin yazımında Türkçenin doğru kullanılması ve kurulan ifadelerin herkeste aynı anlamı uyandırması gerekmektedir. Bu tür belgelerde herhangi bir ifadeden farklı anlamlar çıkarılabilmesi, kişiler veya kurumlar için ağır sonuçlara yol açabilmektedir. Türkçede sağlam cümle kurabilmenin yolu yazım, noktalama ve ifade bakımlarından hata yapmamaktan geçer. Yazım kuralları, noktalama işaretleri ve Türkçenin cümle kuruluşu konuları ihmale gelmeyecek kadar önemlidir. Bunların bilinip uygulanması ifadelerdeki karışıklıkları ortadan kaldırır, verilmek istenen düşüncenin doğru anlaşılmasını sağlar. Aşağıda, Göç İdaresi’ne ait “Yabancılar ve Uluslararası Koruma Kanunu” adlı metni dil bakımından inceledik. Bu metindeki hatalı ifadeler ile bunlar için geliştirdiğimiz düzeltme önerilerini tablo hâlinde yan yana sıraladık. Kimi hatasız ifadeler için ise bazı teknik dokunuşlar, düzenlemeler yaparak bunların anlaşılırlık düzeylerini artırmaya çalıştık. Bu tür çalışmalar, bir Türk dilcisi olarak benim çalışma alanıma girmektedir. Kanun metinleri, kurumlarımızın ve ülkemizin tanıtım yüzüdür. Bu metinlerin sağlam bir dille yazılması, bunlar için geliştirilen düzeltme önerilerinin yerine getirilmesi hem birimlerimize hem de ülkemize yüksek değer kazandıracaktır.
dc.description.abstractIt is necessary to use Turkish correctly in the writing of texts such as laws, regulations and directives, and the established expressions should evoke the same meaning in everyone. The fact that different meanings can be derived from any expression in such documents can lead to serious consequences for individuals or institutions. The way to build strong sentences in Turkish is not to make mistakes in terms of spelling, punctuation and expression. Spelling rules, punctuation marks and sentence formation of Turkish are so important that they should not be neglected. Knowing and applying them eliminates the confusion in the expressions, and ensures the correct understanding of the thought to be given. Below, we have examined the text of the Göç İdaresi titled “Yabancılar ve Uluslararası Koruma Kanunu” in terms of language. We have listed the erroneous expressions in this text and the correction suggestions we have developed for them side by side in a table. For some correct expressions, we tried to increase their intelligibility by making some technical touches and arrangements. Such studies are in my field of work as a Turkish linguist. Law texts are the promotional face of our institutions and our country. The writing of these texts in a solid language and the fulfillment of the correction suggestions developed for them will add high value to both our units and our country.
