Türkiye’de Lisansüstü Tezlerde Artırılmış Gerçeklik Kullanımı Üzerine Araştırma Eğilimleri

Abstract

Günümüzde birçok alanda özellikle eğitim alanında kullanılan artırılmış gerçeklik teknolojisi öğrenme ortamlarının zenginleştirilmesine katkı sağlaması ile etkili ve kalıcı öğrenmelerin gerçekleştirilmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu kazanımlarından ötürü artırılmış gerçeklik, eğitim ve öğretim alanında yapılan lisansüstü tez çalışmalarında yaygın olarak araştırılan bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu araştırmada Türkiye’ de eğitim ve öğretim alanında, artırılmış gerçeklik konulu tezlerin araştırma eğilimleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda 63 lisansüstü tezi, içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen tezler, makale sınıflama formu ile kayıt altına alınmış olup, betimsel analiz tekniği ile bulgular ortaya konulmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre; artırılmış gerçeklik teknolojisinin eğitime entegrasyonunun kolay ve etkili olması sebebiyle araştırmacılar tarafından daha çok tercih edilebildiği, teknoloji ile iç içe olmasından ötürü Bilgisayar ve Öğretim Teknolojileri Eğitimi anabilim dalında artırılmış gerçeklik konulu tezlerin daha çok hazırlandığı ve müfredata uygun ve etkili olmasından ötürü en fazla ilkokul ve ortaokul kademeleri kapsamında araştırmaların gerçekleştiği gibi eğilim durumları tespit edilebilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre nitel araştırma sayısının artırılması gerektiği, öğrenmenin gerçekleştiği çeşitli kademelerde ve artırılmış gerçekliğin entegrasyonunun sağlandığı farklı branşlardaki araştırmalarının sayısının artırılmasının alana önemli katkılar sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Today, the augmented reality technology used in many fields, especially in the field of education, contributes to the enrichment of learning environments and helps to achieve effective and permanent learning. Because of these achievements, augmented reality has become a widely researched subject in postgraduate thesis studies in the field of education and training. In this research in Turkey in the field of education and training, research thesis on the trend of augmented reality has been determined. In this context, 63 graduate (Master and PhD) theses were analyzed by content analysis method. Theses selected by purposeful sampling method were recorded with article classification form, and findings were revealed by descriptive analysis technique. According to the results obtained; since the integration of augmented reality technology into education is easy and effective, it can be preferred by researchers more, because it is intertwined with technology, theses on augmented reality are more prepared in the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies, and since it is suitable and effective in the curriculum, most primary and secondary school levels Tendency situations could be determined as researches took place. According to the results of the research, it is thought that the number of qualitative researches should be increased, increasing the number of researches in various stages where learning takes place and in different branches where the integration of augmented reality is ensured will provide significant contributions to the field.
