Sovyetler Birliği'nde Milli Marşlar Üzerinden Komünizm Propagandası: Ermenistan Üzerine İnceleme

Abstract

Sovyetler Birliği’ne bağlı Sosyalist Cumhuriyetlerde Komünist propaganda toplumsal hayatın pek çok alanında etkili olmuştur. Komünizm ideolojisinin kitleler tarafından benimsenmesi için yoğun şekilde propaganda faaliyetine girişilmiştir. O dönemde bu Sovyetler Cumhuriyetlerinde Komünizm ideolojisini yücelten söylemlere yer veren milli marşlar kullanılmıştır. Bu milli marşları kullanan ülkelerden biri de Ermenistan olmuş; milli marş üzerinden Ermeni toplumu içerisinde komünizm propagandası yapılmıştır. Çalışmada Ermenistan Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyeti (ESSC) tarafından 1944-1991 yılları arasında kullanılan milli marş üzerinden Sovyetler Birliği’ndeki Sosyalist Cumhuriyetlerde Komünizm ideolojisinin ne şekilde inşa edildiği ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla ESSC’nin milli marşının müziği ve sözleri, müzik analizi ve göstergebilim yöntem kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgularda, milli marşın söz ve müziği üzerinden Vladimir Lenin’in kült lider olarak inşa edildiği, Ekim Devrimi’nin kitleler için bir kurtuluş olarak sunulduğu ve Komünist Parti’nin yüceltildiği saptanmıştır. Bu şekilde milli marş yoluyla Komünist ideolojiye bağlı yönetimin kitleler nezdinde meşrulaştırılmaya çalışıldığı ortaya çıkarılmıştır.

Communist propaganda was effective in many areas of social life in the Socialist Republics of the Soviet Union. Intensive propaganda activities were made for the adoption of the communist ideology by the masses. In that period, national anthems which were including the discourses that were glorifying Communism ideology were used in these Soviet Republics. One of the countries that used these national anthems was Armenia, and communism propaganda was made in the Armenian community through that national anthem. In this study, the issue of how Communism ideology was built in the Socialist Republics in the Soviet Union was examined through analyzing the national anthem used in the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic (ASSR) between 1944 and 1991. For this purpose, the music and lyrics of the ASSR’s national anthem were analyzed using music analysis and semiotics methods. At the end of the research, it is revealed that Vladimir Lenin was built as a cult leader in the ASSR, the October Revolution was presented as a salvation for the masses, and the Communist Party was glorified through the words and music of the national anthem. In this way, it was found that attempts were made to legitimize the government based on Communist ideology for the masses through the national anthem
