Erik koşnilinin parazitoidi Discodes aeneus Dalman (Hymenoptera : Encyrtidae)’a karşı bazı bitki koruma ürünlerinin yan etkilerinin araştırılması

Abstract

Erik koşnili Sphaerolecanium prunastri Fonscolombe (Hemiptera: Coccoidea) kaysıda zararlı en önemli türlerden birisidir. Discodes aeneus Dalman (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae) ise erik koşniline etkili bir parasitoiti olarak gösterilmiştir. Erik koşnili populasyonu D. aeneus’u da içeren parazitoitler kompleksi tarafından baskılanmaktadır. Bununla beraber, bitki koruma ürünlerinin bilinçsiz kullanımı sonucu doğal denge bozulmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile erik koşniline karşı yaygın biçimde kullanılan 6 insektisit: dimethoate, acetamiprid, deltametrin, thiacloprid, sulfoxaflor, spiromesifen, spirotetramat bir fungisit: fluopyram+tebuconazole, ve bir bitki ekstraktı olan portakal yağ’ının laborutuvar koşularında D. aeneus’a olan yan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Uygulamadan 2, 24 ve 48 saat sonra ölü-canlı kontrolü yapılmış, elde edilen veriler IOBC sınıf değerlerine göre sınıflandırılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, erginlerde 24 saat sonunda dimethoate, thiacloprid, acetamiprid, sulfoxaflor ve deltametrin etken maddeleri 4 sınıf değeri alarak “çok zararlı” olarak belirlenmiştir. Spirotetramat, spiromesifen, portakal yağ, fluopyram+tebuconazole ve kontrol aynı sınıfta yer alarak 1 “az etkili” değerini aldığı belirlenmiştir.

The globose scale insect, Sphaerolecanium prunastri Fonscolombe (Hemiptera: Coccoidea), is one of the most important pests of apricot in Malatya, Turkey. Populations of globose scale are naturally suppressed by a complex of parasitoid species, including Discodes aeneus Dalman (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae), which is an effective parasitoid of globose scale. However, the inappropriate use of pesticides disrupts the natural balance. The present research aimed to assess the side effects of six insecticides, namely acetamiprid, deltamethrin, spiromesifen, spirotetramat sulfoxaflor and thiacloprid; a fungicide, fluopyram+tebuconazole; and a plant extract (orange oil), that is used in apricot plantations against D. aeneus. The experiment was conducted under laboratory conditions and the controls were tap water and a standard pesticide, dimethoate. The mortality rate of the parasitoid, D. aeneus, was determined at 2, 24 and 48 hours after the application of treatments and then classified according to IOBC criteria. At 24 hours, acetamiprid, deltamethrin, sulfoxaflor and thiacloprid were classified as harmful (class 4), and fluopyram+tebuconazole, orange oil, spiromesifen and spirotetramat, were classified as less harmful or harmless (class 1).
